Continuing Education Unit (CEU)

Based on contact hours and course content, one hour in a session is generally equivalent to one CEU; however, each program must be evaluated by ARPAS Headquarters. Sixteen CEUs are required each year.
You can earn CEUs at most meetings/symposia/workshops (approved by the business office) applicable to the Animal Science Professional. Each member is advised to keep copies of programs and registration receipts to verify program content and participation if called, on to do so by the Examining Board or the ARPAS Governing Council.
